Expression of Cdk5 and p35 in an odontoblast-enriched preparation from murine teeth. Representative RT-PCR analysis of Cdk5 and p35 mRNA levels in an odontoblast-enriched preparation from murine teeth, TG and brain tissue. DSPP and DMP1 mRNA expression were used as odontoblast markers. Tau was used as a neuronal marker and TRPV1 was used as a nociceptive neuron marker. S29 was used as a housekeeping gene.
