Co-expression of ACDP4 and COX11 significantly enhanced metal ion toxicity. B. Metal ion toxicity for HEK293 cells ectopically expressed COX11 alone. There were no significant differences in cell viability between control cells and cells ectopically expressed COX11 alone.
