Saturation [3 H]naltrindole binding in membranes prepared from rat dorsal lumbar spinal cord (n = 3 rats/group). The Bmax value in the siRNA group, but not the mismatch RNA group, was significantly lower than that in the vehicle treated group. The Kd values are not significantly different among the 3 groups (p > 0.05). Data are representative of 3 independent experiments.
