Values are expressed as the ± S.E.M. There were no statistical differences observed between early and late SHG-EM injections comparing the data up to 7 weeks post injection, with the exception of week 5, when the threshold for mechanical allodynia was significantly higher in the group injected early post SCI. *p < 0.05.
