GR127935 modulation on zolmitriptan-sensitive I Ba . (a) GR127935, 5HT1B/1D antagonist, depressed the inhibition of IBa by zolmitriptan (10 μM). Bar graph shows that the zolmitriptan-induced inhibition of IBa was significantly reduced by pretreatment with 0.3 μM of the antagonist GR127935 (*p < 0.05). IBa ratio is the value that IBa (test) was divided by IBa (control). Inset shows the time course of GR127935 and zolmitriptan application. IBa (control) and IBa (test) were recorded as shown in the chart.
