PTX modulation on zolmitriptan-sensitive I Ba . PTX treatment prevented the inhibition of IBa by zolmitriptan (10 μM). Bar graph shows that the zolmitriptan-induced inhibition of IBa was significantly reduced by overnight treatment of 500 ng/ml PTX (*p < 0.05). Recording of IBa (control) and IBa (test) in the presence of zolmitriptan were made according to the same time course shown in the inset of figure 2. IBa ratio means IBa (test)/IBa (control).
