To identify proteins with antibodies to the NR1-C2 plus, NR1-C2 minus, NR1-C1 and NR1-N1 in descending colon two separate membranes were used for all 4 experiments in the treated and control animals. The membranes were stripped of primary antibody between experiments. Label at the bottom indicated the NR1 splice variants.
