Five groups of mice (n = 5 each group) were tested and examined, the sham group received no HFS and the others received HFS without or with MK-801 treatment. ** p < 0.01 indicates significant differences compared with the sham. ## p < 0.01 indicate significant difference compared with the time point at 3 h after HFS.
