Double labelling for P75 (I1-I3) and Sch2e (J1-J3), a Schwann cell marker, show some GAD65 immunolabeled profiles are double labelled with these markers identifying the elongated profiles as non-myelinating (P75 positive) or myelinating (Sch2e positive) Schwann cells.
