Conditional deletion of GABA _B(1) receptor in sensory neuron specific GABAB1 knockout mice (SNS-GABA _B(1) ^-/- ). Antisense mRNA riboprobes showed loss of signal in small-diameter DRG neurons in SNS-GABA_B(1) ^-/- in comparison to their GABA_B(1) ^fl/fl littermates, whereas expression was retained in large-diameter cells.
