The parameters that bear most of the documented changes are presented, including A AP duration at base, B AP rise time, C AP fall time, D AP amplitude, E/F maximum rising and falling rates. The only difference between OA and control rats was a more depolarized resting membrane potential in Aδ-fiber DRG neurons in model animals (-58.72 ± 2.11 mV; N = 15 in OA vs. -65.11 ± 2.04, N = 17 mV in control; P = 0.038; Student's t- test).
