Percentage of neurons in which PKCε translocation was observed following exposure to thrombin (100 nM, 30 s) (white bars) was increased significantly by NGF (100 ng/ml, 3 days, p < 0.05) and by neurturin (NTN, 50 ng/ml, 3 days, P < 0.01). Effects were partially additive (final bar).
