Ephrin B1 and Eph B1 receptor gene expression in DRGs from cancer-induced pain mouse model. B16/BL6 melanoma cells were injected into the plantar region of the right hind paw of C57BL/6 mice. L4-5 dorsal root ganglion (DRG) samples were taken on day 15 after transplantation. Gene expression analyses for ephrin B1 (A) and the Eph B1 receptor (B) were performed by quantitative real-time RT-PCR. Data represent fold changes versus the mean for normal mice.
