Incorporation of [3 H]-gabapentin into DRG of PSL mice is not changed time dependently. (A) Left and right panels show concentration and temperature dependence of [3H]-gabapentin incorporation by ipsilateral DRG, respectively. Segments of ipsilateral DRG prepared from PLS mice were incubated for 30 min at 37°C or 4°C with Krebs-Henseleit buffer containing indicated concentrations of [3H]-gabapentin. Values are shown as means with S.E.M. (n = 3). (B) Contralateral (left) and ipsilateral (right) DRG prepared from PLS mice at 17:00 or 5:00 were incubated with Krebs-Henseleit buffer containing indicated concentrations of [3H]-gabapentin for 30 min at 37°C. Each value represents the mean with S.E.M. (n = 3).
