In naïve or sham operated rats, TLR 2-4 expressions in the thoracic spinal dorsal horn were at very low levels. After intrapancreatic infusion of TNBS, TLR 2 and TLR 4 were still at a very low level, compared with that of naïve and sham group. TLR 3 was significantly increased in the spinal cord, from 1 w after CP induction. TLR 3 was increased gradually and maintained at a very high level up to 5 w.
