It consists of a 1,219-bp fragment of a mouse p35 promoter cloned into a pGL4.17 (luc2/Neo) vector. B) TNF-α treatment at different concentrations increased p35 promoter activity in a dose-dependent manner at 24 h in stable clone C7 cells. C) At all levels of TNF-α concentrations that were tested, cell viability as measured by MTS assay was similar to the control.
