(Kruskal-Wallis One Way ANOVA on Ranks with Dunn's post test). Data is from recordings in which all cells were systematically recorded, without examining fluorescence. For spontaneously active cells, rheobase was defined as 0. Spontaneously active cells were omitted from the analysis to create the graphs on the right. Error bars (SEM) if not visible are smaller than the symbols.
