Macrophage infiltration in mouse DRGs was increased after peripheral nerve injury. (A) Upon L5 spinal nerve transection, L5 DRG tissues (ipsi- and contralateral) were obtained at various time points (n = 4 for each time point). DRG tissue sections were stained with anti-Iba-1 antibody. Scale bar: 50 μm. (B) The Iba-1-IR macrophage infiltration in ipsi- and contralateral DRGs of the injured peripheral nerve were quantified by measuring the intensity of Iba-1-immunoreactivity.
