(A) Milnacipran does not inhibit AMPA receptor-mediated responses in dorsal horn neurons. Milnacipran did not inhibit AMPA-induced currents. (B) Representative traces of dorsal root stimulation evoked monosynaptic NMDA- and AMPA-mediated EPSCs. NMDA-mediated EPSCs were recorded at +40 mV. AMPA-mediated EPSCs were recorded at −70 mV.
