P-value was from the ANCOVA of CPP score (or duration of pain) after adjusting for pain medication, age, sex, and baseline pain score, assessing additive, dominant, and recessive genetic model of two SNPs. Recessive effect of G allele for rs179991 was not assessed as there was only patient with G118G.
