T394 mutation is important in DAMGO-induced desensitization but does not alter morphine-induced I K . (A) In the continued presence of DAMGO (10 μM), the amplitude of DAMGO-induced IK decreased. The extent of desensitization in hMOR-T was less than that in hMOR. (B) In presence of morphine (30 μM), IK did not inactivate.
