Translocation of Dyn A into cells. Mac-1-expressing (a) and wild-type HEK293 (b) cells were incubated with 20 μM and 100 μM of Dyn A for 40 min at 37 °C, fixed, permeabilized and incubated with anti-dynorphin antibodies followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated secondary goat anti-rabbit antibodies.
