Activation of pp38 by Anis in DRGs. a Pre-treatment of DRGs with Anis increased the expression of pp38 in a dose-dependent manner [Anis (10 nM)/Con, 1.64 ± 0.13, n = 4; Anis (100 nM)/Con, 3.06 ± 0.20, n = 4). b Intrathecal application of Anis (10 nM) significantly increased the percentage of pp38 positive neurons in DRGs.
