XE-991 reverses retigabine-induced reduction in exploratory behavior. Exploratory behavior was assessed in rats exposed to retigabine (20 mg/kg) with or without XE-991 (80 μg/site). Retigabine and XE-991 was administered 30 min and 20 min prior to the behavior test, respectively. Each data was presented as the mean ± S.E.M. from the 0 to 10 min assessment period (i.e., 30 to 40 min post-oral administration) in 27 rats.
