B, The experiment was similar to that shown in (A) except that the selective α7 nAChR agonist choline (10 mM) was tested. Similar results were obtained in 11 out of 13 neurons. C, A histogram shows relative sIPSC frequency following the application of nicotine (n = 9), RJR-2403 (n = 14), or choline (n = 13). sIPSC frequency before the applications of testing drugs is used as control and is scaled at 100%.
