Graphs show densitometric quantification of levels of COX-1 (a), COX-2 (b) and Egr-1 (c) protein in ipsilateral and contralateral spinal cord tissues from animals affected by unilateral lameness on day 0 before treatment (n = 6) and 3 days after treatment (n = 6).
