Oxaliplatin pretreatment increases the AITC-evoked Ca²⁺ response in cultured DRG neurons. The cultured neurons were pretreated with vehicle ( A) or oxaliplatin at concentrations of 30 ( B), 100 ( C) or 300 μM ( D) for 2 h after which AITC (10 μM) was added for 3 min.
