Effect of TRP antagonists on Lipid-induced Mechanical Allodynia. TRPV1 antagonist, AMG517 (100 ug) or TRPA1 antagonist HC030031 (100 ug) was injected in the rat hindpaw ipl 45 min prior to lipid extract injection.
